Recognizing the need for fostering managerial and organizational excellence in business organizations, KIAMS dedicated itself to the task of Management Development in the Kirloskar Group and for other companies.

Since 1991,KIAMS has designed and conducted over 400 workshops participated by over 7800 managers both from within and outside Kirloskar Group Companies.

In addition to residential programmes, KIAMS also conducted numerous custom designed in-company programmes in areas like strategy, managerial competencies, cost reduction, relationship marketing, six sigma quality etc. Few of its valuable clients to date are: AV.Birla Group, Jindal Group, Escorts Group, TVS Group, India Post and NDDB.
