About  Operacy

Operacy, an annual KIAMS initiative, now in its ninth year, provides a common platform for budding managers to hone their managerial skills and to have an enriching interaction with their peers across the country. Operacy consists of two segements: one for B-School Students and the other for Young Managers of three or less than three years of work experience. The meet envelops a paper-writing competition and management games. The author(s) of the short listed papers are invited to our campus at Harihar to make a powerpoint presentation of their papers and to participate in the management games.

The final winners are decided on the basis of paper presentation and the points obtained for management games. The top two teams from each category are awarded cash prizes.

To enhance the zeal of the students presently studying in renowned institutes providing coaching for MBA Entrance exams to compete in the world of management, KIAMS has taken the initaitive to organise "KSHITIJ-2007" for them.
